Benefits:

Commission and Recruiting

Your commission is 30%. You keep your commission right at the time of sale. The customer pays you directly, than you pay Country Crafts N Design minus your commission. I accept checks, money orders, bank checks, (Personal check orders will not be processed until cleared through your banking institution). Credit card payments and debit card payments are processed through ProPay. Your customers will need to pay you by check, cash or money order unless you have a way of charging their credit card, payments made by credit card by your customers to me, you will receive in store credit for your commission.
Starter kits do not count as a payable commission order.

Base Commissions

Base Commissions: 30% of products sold on orders
$1.00 - $199.99
35% of products sold on orders $200.00 - $499.99
40% of products sold on orders $500.00 and more

If you maintain $150.00 of product sales per month for three (3) months you will receive a bonus of an additional $25.00 in free product

If you maintain $250.00 of product sales per month for three (3) months you will receive a bonus of an additional $50.00 in free product
If you maintain $350.00 of product sales per month for three (3) months you will receive a bonus of an additional $75.00 in free product.
If you maintain $500.00 or more of product sales for three (3) months you will receive a
bonus of $100.00 in free product.

You will earn $12 in commission credit once your recruit places their first order. You will also receive commission credit for all consultants recruited by your downline.

1st downline = $12
1st downline = $10
2nd downline = $8
3rd downline = $4
4^th downline and below $1

Your commission credit will become available to you as soon as your recruit/s pay for their first order. I will apply available credit to orders when available. Please note, no commission will ever be paid - it can only be used as a credit on an order. It can only be used on product, not shipping.
